Email support
Write to contact@toctocai.pro from the email associated with your account when possible. Tell us what you expected, what happened, and when it happened. We do not promise a fixed response time.
Video issues
Include the job identifier and template name, plus a short description of the problem. Failed generations automatically return their credits. If a generation is still processing, check My videos before submitting another request.
Payments
Include your order identifier, the purchase date and the email used at checkout. Do not include full card details. A returned generation credit is different from a cash refund; payment refund questions are reviewed under our refund policy.
Privacy and content concerns
If you want to request access to or deletion of account data, or report an unauthorized use of your likeness, describe the request and include the relevant account or video reference. We may need to verify your identity before taking account actions.
